If you have applied for Financial Aid, wait until you receive financial aid confirmation before making this payment.
This form is for payment for multiple students in the same household. If paying for a single student in a household, return to the Store and select the "Single Student" product.
For multiple students, complete the form and make payment for each individual student. Also return to the Store to add and pay the $50 administrative fee, once per household.
