Global and Popular Music Experience (Scholarship Registration)

June 20-24 and June 27-July 1, 2022

9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

High school students will explore popular and global music and where it comes from. Under the guidance of Ohio State faculty and students, participants will play in a steel band or sing in a Gospel choir, participate in either an Andean music ensemble or African drum ensemble, and explore hip-hop or rock/pop/eclectic styles in a fun and interactive environment. Students will also participate in performances that are free and open to the public.

For students in grades 9–12 in the 2022–2023 school year.

Complete this registration with a $25 deposit to receive a scholarship for the balance of the tuition ($270).

Ohio State’s highest priority is the health and well-being of our community. All events and health protocols are subject to change. If this program is cancelled by Ohio State, participants will receive a full refund.
